Especially designed to assist high temperature extrusion of polyethylene during the production of high power electric cables.

The lubricant is based on water soluble, high viscosity polyalkylene glycol.

Properties

Minimal risk of staining or discoloration of polyethylene during the process
check
High thermo-oxidative stability up to 240 °C, together with minimal deposit formation during use
check
Resistant to the peroxide cross linkers in the polyethylene
check
Does not prevent cross linking in the polyethylene layers
check
Does not result in embrittlement of the polyethylene
